Incredibaly comfortable
Staff is amazing and very accommodating. They genuinely care that you are comfortable and well taken care of. And the food!!! Amazing. You get to choose from all three restaurant’s on the property. From sushi at the roof top , Italian and traditional Mexican. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I’ve been staying there on average 3-4 times a month for 4 years now and have never had a bad experience. And never any inconsistency in service.

Met our expectations. My "go to" hotel destination in Tijuana.
Service is first class and everything possible is done to meet visitors expectations. Breakfast in the lobby is very casual and my request for breakfast items have always been met. The roof-top pool area is a sanctuary in this busy city and exceptional view of the city, especially at night.
My expectation is to have 3 sets of towels for 2 people per room., which is also the standard for this hotel. At times this standard is not being met.
